Who we are

What we collect on this site
The contact form asks for your name, organisation, work email and a description of your archive. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers. Our fonts are served from this site, not from a third party. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which we do not use to identify you.
If you book a call, the booking runs on Calendly under Calendly's own privacy terms. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's terms apply to the transport of that message.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or call, and follow up on a project you asked about. We rely on your consent when you send the form and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted, unless they become part of a contract.
Who sees it
The CoreTechX team and the email and form providers that process messages on our behalf. We do not sell or share enquiry data with third parties for their own purposes.
Your documents
Sample pages you send us for a demo are used only to run that demo and are deleted on request. Client documents processed under a contract never leave the client's own infrastructure when the system is deployed on-premise, and are never used to train our models without a separate written agreement.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent. Write to info@coretechx.ai. We answer within 30 days.
